A foundation of shared, non-individual services guarantees every resident a calm daily life, in line with the French senior services residences legislation.
Coordination of professionals
Connections to local doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and home help, while always respecting your free choice.
Communal spaces kept clean
Hall, lounges, restaurant and garden cleaned daily by our team.
A la carte
Tailor-made personal services
Beyond the included foundation, you build your own plan freely according to your needs. All our individual services qualify for the 50% tax credit and can also be part-funded by the French APA benefit for those eligible.
Housekeeping and home cleaning
From an hour to several hours each week, to suit your needs. Eligible for the 50% tax credit on personal services.
Help with washing and getting up
Qualified care assistants, trained in supporting older people with mild loss of independence in a caring way.
Laundry and ironing
Personal laundry handled on site, returned clean and folded to your apartment.
Meal preparation and delivery
Trays delivered to your apartment, or help with meal preparation, alongside the residence restaurant.
Escorted journeys to appointments
Accompanied transport for medical appointments, paperwork or shopping.

The Home Autonomy Service (SAD)
Our Home Autonomy Service (SAD), located within our residences, guarantees the closeness and responsiveness needed for high-quality support. OBEO Résidences offers a broad range of personal services for vulnerable people (APA, PCH, partial or temporary loss of autonomy, etc.).
People experiencing loss of autonomy, residents eligible for support plans (APA, PCH).
- Accompaniment to medical appointments
- Help with washing and personal hygiene
- Help with transfers, moving around the home, fall prevention
- Social-life support for a person experiencing loss of autonomy (mail, APA application, town hall…)
- Medical coordination: families, doctors and other caregivers
- Driving the resident’s personal vehicle to make travel easier (mobility assistance), the outing being tied to a health need (medical appointment, rehabilitation…)

Everything you need to know about our personal services
Which personal services are included in the rent?
A welcome desk seven days a week, the coordination of outside professionals, the residence call system, the cleaning of communal spaces and access to all shared services are included in the monthly fee. The call system means a team on site 24 hours a day that responds as soon as you call. The device you wear is billed separately: EUR 26 for the pendant, EUR 12 for the fall-detection wristband, EUR 30 for the watch.
Do personal services qualify for the tax credit?
Yes. Individual services (housekeeping, home help, ironing, escorted journeys) qualify for a 50% tax credit on the amount spent, up to a limit of EUR 12,000 per year (a ceiling that can be raised depending on your family situation).
Can I keep my current GP and home help?
Absolutely. Free choice of health professionals and home help providers is a founding principle of OBEO senior services residences. Our team simply makes the coordination easier.
