Intergenerational activities: a wonderful exchange
Last Thursday, Résidence du Parc in Nevers came alive with a moment of intergenerational sharing, welcoming four young people from the IME des Graviers (a French specialised education centre) in Varennes-Vauzelles along with their support worker. Another get-together full of smiles and warmth, part of a project launched back in September.

Since this initiative began, residents and young people have been meeting regularly, with a session every fortnight (outside school holidays). These gatherings help build bonds through a variety of workshops and games, encouraging conversation and mutual discovery.
During this latest session, one moment stood out and delighted everyone: a wellbeing workshop devoted to hand care, led with real talent by an intern and one of the young participants. A gentle, relaxing interlude that charmed young and old alike!
